Raju Gandhi

I’ve been writing software for over two decades. I am a software developer, architect, consultant, author of multiple books, teacher, and a regularly invited speaker at conferences around the world. My approach to both software development and teaching is to keep things simple. I focus on understanding and explaining the “why” behind concepts, which I believe is just as important as the “how.”

I founded DefMacro Software, LLC, where we offer consulting and training on application design, architecture, and DevOps.

On a more personal note, home is Columbus, Ohio, where I live with my wonderful partner, Michelle, and our incredible kids, Mason, Micah, and Delphine, alongside our three furry friends: Buddy, Zara, and LouLou.
